All oven racks and the convection roasting rack
mav be cleaned by hand with an abrasive
cleaner or steel wool. Atter cleaning, rinse the
racks with clean water and dry with a clean
cloth. Gray porcelain-coated oven racks

Afier broiling, remove the broiler pan flx>m the

with a commercial oxen cleaner,
