Drying Cycles
— Automatic cycles automatically determine fabric dryness. Select
MORE
for heavier fabrics,
LESS
for lighter fabrics. Timed cycles run for the selected time.
PERM. PRESS/REG. For most normal loads. For most loads select the Preferred Regular Setting marked with an

TIMED DRYING Set the Cycle Selector at the desired drying time.
AIR For removing wrinkles from items that are clean and dry or that are very lightly damp.
Start
— Close the dryer door. Press the
START
button to start the dryer. Opening the door during operation
will stop the dryer. To restart the dryer, close the door and select
START
to complete the cycle.

You can locate your model number on the label on the front of the dryer behind the door.

End of Cycle Signal
— This operates with any cycle. The signal will sound just before the end of the cycle to
remind you to remove the clothes.
Lint Filter
— Clean the lint filter each time the dryer is used. Always be sure the lint filter is in place. The lint screen
is located inside the dryer drum, on the back wall.
WARNING: Do not run the dryer with the lint screen loose, damaged, blocked or missing. Doing so
can cause overheating, damage fabrics and be a fire hazard.
To clean:

Use the finger holes to pull the
lint screen straight out.
Lightly squeeze the body as
shown while pulling the cover off.
ROLL lint off the screen with
your fingers.
Do not rinse or wash
the screen.
Replace the cover on the body of
the lint screen.
Before replacing the lint screen,
remove any lint from the wire
mesh on the back wall (behind
the lint screen).
Push the lint screen straight back
until it snaps into place.

Drying times will vary according to the type of heat used (Electric, Natural or LP gas), size
of load, types of fabrics, wetness of clothes and condition of exhaust ducts.
